They carried with them a wealth of experience and an unbridled passion for authentic Italian cuisine. Together, they opened a charming eatery by the sea, naming it “Bella Ma’”, a nod to the beauty of both the ocean views and the dishes they served.

In the kitchen, Elio, our Sicilian maestro, crafts dishes that echo the authentic flavors of Italy. Built on his experience owning restaurants in Italy and as executive head chef for several hospitality groups in Sydney, Elio is proud to offer a menu solely grounded in authentic Italian cuisine.
